The firm is led by partners Mike Tucker, Trenton Zoobkoff, and Chris Smith, whose combined experience spans complex civil litigation, personal injury representation, real estate and conveyancing, corporate matters, and other key areas of legal practice. Mike Tucker is known for his work in personal injury litigation and also maintains an active practice in real estate and conveyancing. Trenton Zoobkoff maintains a broad civil litigation practice advising clients in employment, estate, commercial, and insurance-related disputes. Chris Smith is a highly respected civil litigator with significant courtroom experience representing clients in complex disputes before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
